1) Eligibility & orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing/stock errors.

2) Product availability & limited releases

Products may be available in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Inventory is not guaranteed until your payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

For limited capsule releases, the Site may display special fulfillment terms such as “dispatch window” or “early release.” Those terms will be presented on the product page and/or at checkout and apply to your order.

3) Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown in [USD] unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors, even after an order is submitted.

4) Payment

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. Your order is not confirmed until payment is approved and you receive an order confirmation.

If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.

5) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or within your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (unless otherwise required by law). You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6) Dispatch windows / made-to-order / early release

If your order includes items labeled made-to-order, pre-order, early release, or with a dispatch window (e.g., “4–5 business days after purchase”), you acknowledge and agree:

• Processing times may differ from standard “in stock” items.

• Dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by demand, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors.

• Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately at our discretion.

7) Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

8) Returns, exchanges & refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our policy is:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

• Final sale items, limited releases, and gift cards are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To start a return/exchange, email info@florentinomarin.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

9) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@florentinomarin.com within [48–72 hours] of delivery and include photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

  We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

10) Chargebacks & disputes

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation, refusal of future orders, and/or submission of information to the payment processor to resolve the dispute.

11) Promotions & discount codes

Promo codes:

• Cannot be combined unless stated

• May exclude certain items (e.g., limited capsules)

• Are valid only during the stated period

  We may modify or end promotions at any time.

12) Intellectual property

All Site content, including product photos, text, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Florentino Marín and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florentino Marín will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

14) Privacy

Your use of the Site and purchases are also subject to our Privacy Policy.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in CA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
