Warrantor and eligible products

This 90-Day Limited Warranty is provided by Florentino Marín for eligible Florentino Marín garments purchased directly from florentinomarin.com. It applies to the original purchaser and begins on the original delivery date.

What is covered

For 90 days from the original delivery date, Florentino Marín warrants eligible garments against verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that become apparent during normal intended use and proper care.

What is not covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; stains, fading, or discoloration caused by use or care; accidental damage; misuse or neglect; improper washing, drying, ironing, cleaning, storage, or other care; alterations or repairs by third parties; loss or theft; or damage that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.

For clarity, damage caused by cuts, tears, holes, punctures, snags, abrasion, excessive force, intentional damage, sharp objects, or other external causes is not covered.

A change of mind or personal preference—including dissatisfaction with the style, color, size, or fit—is not a warranty claim. Intentionally damaging a garment does not create warranty coverage. Returns or exchanges for preference, size, or fit are governed separately by Florentino Marín’s Return Policy.

How to submit a claim

Contact info@florentinomarin.com within the 90-day warranty period. Include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the garment and the claimed defect. Proof of purchase may be required.

Florentino Marín may reasonably request additional photographs, information about use and care, or return of the garment for inspection before determining whether the claim is covered. Submission of a claim does not itself constitute approval.

Remedy for an approved claim

If Florentino Marín confirms a covered manufacturing defect, Florentino Marín will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with this Limited Warranty and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include repair or replacement.

Because certain Florentino Marín garments are produced in limited quantities, the identical style, color, or size may no longer be available. If an identical replacement is unavailable, Florentino Marín may offer a comparable replacement or merchandise credit based on the original purchase price, where permitted by applicable law.

For an approved claim involving a covered manufacturing defect, Florentino Marín will cover reasonable shipping costs required to provide the approved warranty remedy.

Important distinction: warranty vs. returns

This warranty is not a 90-day return, trial, satisfaction, or money-back guarantee. It covers only qualifying manufacturing defects. A customer who simply no longer wants, likes, or prefers the garment must rely on the separate Return Policy and its eligibility requirements.

Legal rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law. Florentino Marín does not disclaim implied warranties to the extent such disclaimer is prohibited by applicable federal or state law.
